Retreat is an excellent way to deepen our meditation and training. Our monthly retreat is held 8am-5pm on Saturday and the day is a mixture of sitting meditation, Dharma talks, spiritual reading and Buddhist services. (For retreat dates, please see Calendar of Events)

Introductory Retreat

This retreat is held 10am-5:00pm on Saturday. It will provide an introduction to meditation and the basic teachings of the Soto Zen tradition. It will include meditation instruction, several periods of sitting and a Dharma talk on how to practice meditation and integrate Buddhist teachings with our lives. Vegan lunch is included.
